The HD08VR series is a line of tiny microwave and PIR sensors designed for highbay lighting, indoor panels, and troffers.
Key Features:
- Performance: Features include 0-10V dimming, daylight harvesting, and NLC/DLC qualification.
- Sensor Options: Available in both microwave and PIR versions.
- Connectivity: Certain models support Bluetooth-Mesh via the HAISEN BLUE APP, while others utilize remote control (HD06R).
- Durability: The series carries an IP65 rating and comes with a 5-year warranty.
Technical Specifications:
- Power: Input voltage is 12VDC (10-15VDC range).
- Installation: Designed for a maximum mounting height of 4 meters (13.12 ft).
- Environment: Operating temperatures range from -25°C to +60°C.
- Wiring: Uses black/white (VCC), pink (GND), and purple (0-10V) wires.
Operational Functions:
- Daylight Harvesting: Automatically adjusts artificial light based on ambient brightness to maintain consistent levels.
- Dusk/Dawn Sensing: Can differentiate artificial from natural light and turn off the fixture when ambient brightness exceeds a preset threshold.
- Motion Detection: The sensor triggers the light upon detecting motion, maintains it for a hold time, and dims to a standby level after the hold time expires.
Application Notes:
- Microwave: Ensure the sensor is away from vibration sources, AC/DC signal interference, and other wireless devices to avoid unwanted triggers.
- PIR: Performance is weakened by high ambient temperatures (above 40°C) and requires an unobstructed view for the Fresnel lens.
- Safety: Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician with power turned off.
