Shipping policy

At NCLTG, we’re committed to shipping commercial-grade LED lighting quickly and reliably to distributors, electrical supply houses, and trade professionals across the United States. Whether you’re outfitting commercial indoor lighting or commercial outdoor lighting projects—or stocking LED light bulbs—our logistics team works to keep timelines predictable for jobs of every size.

Placing Orders

  • New Account Agreement: Please complete and return the agreement prior to your first purchase.
  • Purchase Orders (PO): Email POs to sales@NCLTG.com and CC your NCLTG Account Manager. Include correct item numbers and quantities.
  • No phone or verbal orders: Phone orders and verbal POs are not accepted to prevent miscommunication, processing delays, and related complications.
  • Will Call: If you need Will Call pickup, note it on your PO. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET may not be available for same-day pickup.

Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Standard processing: In-stock items typically ship within 48 hours of PO confirmation and receive a tracking/PRO number upon dispatch.
  • Cutoff time: Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day.
  • Custom/high-volume orders: Lead times may extend based on build, volume, and carrier capacity. Contact us if your project is time-sensitive.

Shipping Methods

  • Parcel & LTL: We select trusted parcel or LTL carriers based on shipment size, weight, and destination.
  • Palletization: Palletized orders ship via LTL. Case-pack integrity helps prevent transit damage and speeds receiving.

Freight Terms & Allowance

  • Case quantities required: Products must be ordered in case quantity unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Free-freight thresholds: Orders that meet the regional threshold below ship freight-allowed to qualifying commercial addresses.
  • Commercial delivery: For qualifying free-freight orders delivered to commercial addresses with unloading equipment or a loading dock, NCLTG covers standard shipping costs (including liftgate when required). See accessory/exception fees below.

Orders over the thresholds below ship freight-allowed to commercial addresses. Alaska and Hawaii require a quote prior to ordering.

Accessory & Accessorial Fees (Not Covered by NCLTG)

  • 8 ft Pallet Fee — $200
  • Limited Access Fee — $150
  • Residential Fee — $150
  • Notify/Appointment Fee — $30
  • Dropoff Fee — $20

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, our team will send a tracking number or PRO number so you can monitor status and estimated delivery. If you require specific delivery coordination, note those requirements on your PO.

Damage, Shortage & Claims

  • Inspection at delivery: Note visible damage or shortage on the carrier’s BOL/delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
  • Concealed damage: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and product.
  • Claims: Provide PO number, tracking/PRO, item numbers, and photos to sales@NCLTG.com.
