If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a structured return and warranty process to ensure professional support for our application-specific projects across the U.S.

Return Eligibility

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return. To qualify, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened: Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Uninstalled: Products cannot have been wired, mounted, or otherwise used.
  • Undamaged: Merchandise must be in resalable condition, free from cosmetic or functional defects.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

The completed RMA form must be submitted within 10 days of delivery receipt. All defective parts or merchandise must be retained until approval is given and NCLTG emails authorization for return shipment—or confirmation of destruction/disposal. Key requirements:

  • Damaged shipments must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and transit claims filed promptly with the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage sustained in transit.
  • Defective products returned after 30 days of the RMA date will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.
  • Failure to follow RMA procedures voids the warranty claim.

Return Goods Authorization (RGA)

The completed RGA form must be submitted within 10 days of delivery receipt. Approval must be issued by NCLTG before shipment. Conditions include:

  • All returns must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • No refunds are issued; only credits or exchanges may apply for qualifying items.
  • Shipping charges for returns are not reimbursed, and returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
  • Special-order merchandise cannot be canceled or returned.
  • Customer must provide proof of purchase (bill of sale or equivalent).

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20%–25% restocking fee, based on product type and quantity. This covers inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable, insured method. NCLTG is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. For freight-related terms, please review our Shipping Policy.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or warranty claim, contact our support team with order details and the reason for return. Our team will review the request, issue an RMA or RGA number, and provide instructions.
